Then came seven years inside CBA as a Home Loan Executive — learning exactly how lenders assess risk, why some applications fly and others stall, and where everyday Australians lose money without realising it. I ranked in the Top 50 CBA Lenders nationally, contributing to hundreds of millions in home loan settlements while learning how to truly serve clients, not just process applications.
I started Bridge Finance because I kept seeing the same gap: people were getting loans, but nobody was helping them figure out whether they were actually buying the right property at the right price.
